1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ybaje platform and its users ("you" or "Member"). By visiting the ybaje.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

• "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on ybaje.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

3 Account Registration and Verification

At the time of registration on ybaje, Members must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or false information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

3.2 KYC Verification

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the registered payment account.
• Winnings earned from a Bonus Balance must meet the Wagering Requirement before withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation or Delay

ybaje may temporarily hold any transaction due to unusual activity, incomplete KYC, or the need for a security check. In such cases, the Member will be notified by email or live chat and asked to provide the necessary information.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offers

ybaje offers a welcome bonus and various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New Members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x (deposit + bonus).

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

A Member's VIP level is determined by their regular participation and activity on the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and betting categories.
• ybaje reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any existing bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet can only be placed if there is a sufficient Betting Balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Cricket Betting

6. Conducting fraudulent activities against other Members.
7. Representing yourself as an employee or agent of ybaje.
8. Attempting to breach the platform's security or protection systems.

8 Responsible Gambling
